A Crimson Caplet: Power of Love, Love of Power

I'm not at all accustomed to quoting Jimi Hendrix - and I don't know if this statement is original with him, but this is in fact a true statement, and the subject of today's Crimson Caplet. The love that needs to overcome, is the love of GOD in our hearts and lives!

It's been said that people generally want the same things. We all have needs - physically and primarily we all have a need for air, secondly for water (you can't survive much longer than 3 to 5 days without it), and food. This is followed by clothing, shelter and other assorted lesser needs.

Intellectually we have a need for knowledge, primarily that sort of knowledge that lends towards the security for our survival. Yet we also have a need for knowledge and information to better our lives in various capacities.

Emotionally we all have the need to feel wanted, to belong to a community greater than ourselves. It's been observed that by placing a person in absolute solitary confinement (with no human contact whatsoever) for as little as a few weeks can lead a person to an emotional breakdown, even insanity and suicidal tendencies.

Spiritually speaking (and in a somewhat lesser sense, emotionally) we have a need to be loved, and to love. In Soviet Russia heinous experiments were done on infants in which all of their biological needs were met, but they were left untouched by human hands and given no affection whatsoever. Eventually they all died. Basically, yes - as human beings we all want the same things, we all need the same things: to find meaning and purpose in life, to find another to pursue these objectives with and have a family.

To prosper and provide, nurture and develop that family and the inter-relational aspects within this basic unit as it interacts with other family units and society as a whole. To see our progeny grow and increase, and proceed successfully with lives and families of their own. We all want to be contented, satisfied and (to borrow a Vulcan benediction) "to live long and prosper".

The God of all creation has granted to each and every one of His creatures certain internalized and inherent powers, each in accord with His own intent and pleasure. It's been an observation of this writer that when the parameters of these God-ordained powers are breached, and the acquisition of divinely unintended powers are obtained, that that's when the acquirer begins to, in a sense, mutate and morph into something other than what they were created as, and for. They become corrupted by this unlawful acquisition of power.

Even more so, because of a corrupt nature inherent in humanity, they become drawn to power with ever increasing thirst and passion. We are created by God, for God - and to have a meaningful and purposeful relationship with Him based on mutual love and on our part, understanding of His nature and overall plan for the world. Indeed, ultimately our primary need in life, far more urgent and immediate than food, water or even air, is love from God, and the expression of such from ourselves towards our Maker. It is the power of love, Divine love that enables us, enriches us, and empowers us to live that sort of life that God intends.

This is why it is so expressly needful and urgent that we meet God in His terms for the purpose of redemption. The human race has fallen, becoming infected spiritually with sin from our prime parental progenitor - Adam, which caused a severance from the exclusive life source, God Himself.

Until such a time that any single individual receives redemption through Jesus Christ, there can be no relationship with God, much less the experiential relationship of love from our Creator Who longs to be reinstated as our Father. For a thorough explanation of the Gospel please review this article FROM the MIND of FIRE: The Gospel

There are those who, beyond receiving the basic physical and intellectual and to some degree, emotional needs, have either disregarded or subordinated their need for love; they have traded the value for the power of love for the love of power.
Anyone who knows my writing will recognize the term 'goblin' an almost homonym for the term 'globalist' which in itself is a somewhat abstract, general term, but fundamentally means one whose powers and abilities (be they in the realm of finance, knowledge, intelligence, political, etc.) has afforded them a place in which to influence our world in a non-local manner, and essentially due to the scope of such powers and abilities gives them access to affect humanity on a global basis.

Henry Kissinger, a noted 'goblin' in his own right, has stated that "power is the ultimate aphrodisiac". Yet like any other 'drug' once you get some, it can become addictive, and unless respect for power is maintained, it is abused and if one becomes powerful enough to circumnavigate the various legal and governmental structures placed for the protection of people, such abuses may be committed with impunity - - at least in the halls of human courts.

I've said it many times - there is no such thing as eternal injustice. There is a Day and time coming in which a particular Court will commence its session and with eternal consequences in its prosecutions. For a detailed view on this issue regarding what the Bible refers to, and what has come to be known as 'Judgment Day' please refer to this article from The TRUTH Under FIRE: CHRIST'S COURT - SOON in SESSION: Part One

As Christians and disciples of Jesus Christ, we are endowed with spiritual power, liberated and being liberated from the power of sin via the continual work of salvation through Jesus Christ (mortification, sanctification) and we are to use such powers and abilities as granted by our LORD to serve Him and His Kingdom - not ourselves and our private little 'kingdom'!

GALATIANS 5:1, 13, 16
Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh

Unlawful acquisition of power by any individual - be they angel or human - will eventually mean that the power will acquire the individual, and bring them into bondage. Its true for whatever one binds their affections and love to and towards: "...the love of money is the root of all evil..." (1 TIM 6:10a); because money is power, just as is knowledge, or might (physical or in a broader sense, militant) and devotion to such leads inevitably to ruinous results (1 TIM 6:10b; 1 COR 8:1b; JER 17: 5-6).

For so long the seduction of material wealth has allured our society and for a time we enjoyed the power that this brought into our individual lives. Those days are now over and won't be seen again for a while, but when it does return, there will be greater doom just ahead.

Knowledge is increasing at an incredibly dizzying rate so that scientists are practically stumbling over each other with their discoveries and brazenly venturing into areas unheard of only a generation ago.
Our industrial/military complex has its own budget which by the way hasn't diminished in the least and enjoys lavish spending at the behest of our own government (even though in the private sector people are struggling to maintain livelihoods with almost 40% of our population near or at the poverty line).

Even today in the church, there are circumstances and evidences of an unlawful empowerment of pastoral leadership that has placed themselves beyond the authority of the Scriptures and made for themselves a Nicolaitan-style priesthood where congregations are expected to place unconditional and blind loyalties in them.

Beyond this, certain powers are being introduced into the church that are not by or of the Spirit of God, but by the "mystery of iniquity [lawlessness]" (2 THESS 2:7, 9-10) and "the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience" that is, Satan (EPH 2:2) which is occultic in nature.

From the Charismatic movement, and the Word-Faith movement to contemplative meditation or its more blatant counterparts like transcendental meditation, and yoga or even kundalini yoga, to esoteric disciplines being practiced in the name of Jesus that have long been housed in the many mystery schools of pagan histories like the Kabbalah, the Gnostics, the Roscicrucians, the Knights Templar, the Theosophical Society or their more modern versions like EST, Noetic Science, Scientology, the Esalen Institute and the Silva Method (a.ka. the Silva Mind Control technique) which are heavily influencing our world and moving us towards an occult paradigm that will in essence be the spiritual power of the one world religion soon to come!

Each of these promises enpowerment, but delivers spiritual enslavement and demonic deception. The love of power versus the power of love, God's love - these are the two choices that each of us has to choose from. Which will you choose?

JOSHUA 24:15
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD
